Expert level disarm trap with a good ring of disarm trap can disarm can over 90% of the traps in MM7 and MM8. In MM7 I never get above expert disarm trap. Once you get GM regeneration you can just have a trap blow up in your face wait 5 to 10 minutes and you gain back any health you lost.

Dragon Sand is 6 months. The rest of the outdoor maps are 1 or 2 years.

In MM6 you can get melee recovery time down to 27. I've done it with sword and spear combos. Since bow skill doesn't reduce recovery time I don't know if you can get recovery down to 5. You actually don't need paralyze for the red dragons. If you have GM light which you can get pretty early in the game you can just cast the three buff spells and melee them to death. For evermorn island you can also just set a beacon near the chests. Every time you return with beacon the area respaw...

I think your searching the wrong house. The house is located near the well that gives you a permanent stat bonus. There's on chest located by the house.

I got past the Coding Wizard Fortress without any problems. However it still crashes in the Land of the Giants. This is the error message I get.
