The soap operas usually happen at the Tournament of Honor, but yesterday we couldn't believe our eyes when sfidanza lost his "job" at Age of Heroes. Here is what administrator Valeriy had to say: "Today Stephane Fidanza (Sfidanza) was removed from Age of Heroes Team and Heroes Community Mod Squad. In terms of the projects Sfidanza was involved in, for the sake of everyone else involved we'll post the final version of the manual on AOH when it is completed, and end our collaboration with him. All other collaboration with him has already been ended."

There is a longer explanation here, halfway down the page, but in a few words Stéphane's company was being paid for the work they did for the site and lately there were some delays and incomplete work that had already been paid. Sfidanza posted a reply here and announced he was moving to Heroes-fr.com, a French fan site.

Perhaps this shouldn't have gone public, but with both parties being open about the issue we don't end up with various conspiracy theories. It's probably a good time to remind everyone that it's just a freakin' game.
