GameSpot has its Game of the Year feature too, and they invite people to vote for their favorite games. Dark Messiah was nominated for the Most Disappointing Game "award", but "lost" to a remake of Street Fighter II for the Xbox 360. Company of Heroes is crowned Strategy Game of the Year in a very tough category that didn't include Heroes of Might and Magic V. However, you can vote for one of the two Might and Magic games by submitting your own nominee at the bottom of the page (Heroes V for strategy, Dark Messiah for action and/or RPG -- yes, Dark Messiah appears to be a valid selection in those two categories). If you are really a fanboy, you can nominate one of those two games as the Best PC Game. The Game of the Year will be announced on Friday, while the Readers' Choice will have to wait until January 22.
