The artefacts released in connection with last week's artefacts special.
I do recognize several things ... such as Asterx' helmet, the Ankh, the lion shield from Heroes IV, and the red shield is obviously inspired by Norse legends.

The Sanctuary faction can do sieges too, despite being a water faction ...
Nice catapult.

Trying to attack mermaids in their own element is a bit like running at a crocodile in a murky pool.

"Check this out: I got wings, claws, a tail and huuuuge muscles. That'll get the ladies come runnin'..."
"Uh... well, I ... I got water in me head..."

"I challenge you to a duel of honour!"
"Raaarhg! I'm gonna kill you, damned snake! I've got a huge army with me!"
"No, you have to fight me one-on-one."
"WTF? Why?"
"The game is made that way."
"Aw, crap..."

An army of orcs besieging their demonic enemies. The town looks like something from a 1970s sci-fi story; "the Town of a Thousand Eyes" ... Spooky.

If location is everything in real estate, this Sanctuary town would cost a bundle ...
It lies by the foot of a dormant volcano, almost camouflaged by its mountainous surroundings, and with a beautiful waterfall feeding its water supply. A garrisoned gate guards the secluded area.

Here's another thing we remember from way back - a skeleton with some treasure underneath it.
Unlike the Ubi Facebook guy, I actually know what happened here, and it wasn't some robber who killed a dude and neglected to take the gold.
He was no doubt eaten by a wild beast. And gold can't be eaten. Good fortunes for the adventuring traveller ...
