Alcohol Infused Goodness
Why do all these made up quotes become attributed to Ben Franklin? The word "bacterium" was coined in 1828. Franklin died in 1790.ScarlettP wrote:Here's a quote for ya:
In wine, there is Wisdom. In beer there, is Hope. In water, there is bacteria.

(explain to me how one can know about bacteria in water, but not in fermentation, pls [insert uneducated american joke here])

Fermentation in wine and beer is caused by yeast, not bacteria, which are two completely different organisms. [insert uneducated thundertitan joke here] I do casually ignore the fact that beer is made by essentially adding a fungus to it to produce alcohol.ThunderTitan wrote: (explain to me how one can know about bacteria in water, but not in fermentation, pls [insert uneducated american joke here])

Says the person that is unaware that in layman terms bateria = any micro organism. Silly scientists clinging to their "correct" lab terms...Corribus wrote: [insert uneducated thundertitan joke here]

Beer from a can is WAAAAAAAAAAY, better then from a plastic bottle. That'sthe conclusion i took after some "before school beers" got it from a plastic bottle first, but they don't sell them anymore so i had to pick up a can of beer ( imagine the face of someone scanning your beer at 9.30 ). Well the can is WAAAAAAAAAY better, so kids, DON'T DRINKE BEER FROM A PLASTIC BOTTLE!
You can either agree with me, or be wrong...
Merlot is a grape, dude. Lots of wine brands use Merlot. I have several different Jacob's Creek; in this case I've been drinking the Merlot "version". *hup*Muszka wrote:Merlot is an excelent wine. Actually is my favorite
