The "old" country is still much better than the new country. Classics like Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, George Jones, Merle Haggard, Charley Pride are all still pretty good drinking artists. So is ZZ Top, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Stevie Ray Vaughn and J.J. Cale. Southern American Blues/Country without all the line dancing and funny hats are still king. But long live Pink Floyd!

It's music .... I find that at least once a week I will check out the Once More With Feeling soundtrack (on youtube) .... it has that somewhat elusive element in music of humour

yep, tasteless alright, though I'm not sure that her being in Hole is any kind of qualification of her singing skills
