I would go for yellow monkey people... with a monkey dragon who throws bananas at people as level 7. Yeah, and a three-headed monkey as the alternative upgrade for the basic infantry combat chimp. To be earnest, I'd like to see a naga swamp town with nagas, medusas and basilisks and a bonus on sea.

I like the old one much more.. It actually looks like a phoenix - a bird. I can't stand the new phoenix' dragon wings.

How can something be better and equal (balanced) at a time?

I wonder what a "rainbow breath" looks like. Colours spraying out the dragon's mouth, painting enemy units in fancy red, green and blue?

No, wait, this is HoMM. That means everyone who gets hit with a rainbow gains extra luck for the combat.

Since we've got green, red and black dragons, the rainbow dragon should be most powerful! :p
