I suspect no one will have an answer, but: I run MM8 under Phoenicis in Linux (Ubuntu 20.04, specifically). I was having trouble with MM6 crashing, so I thought I'd try the merge, but it won't even start, just crashes. I don't suppose anyone has suggestions? I can't really hope to buy a windows gami...
