I have it on CD's and it will at least install in W7 32bit OS without patching.

First castle given property was on Clouds of Xeen(unless M&M 1 or 2 does that, can't recall since i only played once) and best M&M for me is clouds of Xeen.

Mage is not very useful here. You probably need teleport,jump and beacon but after level 20 you probably don't bother to cast an aggressive spell.Also mage is useful for creatures that resist normal weapons.
