Hello everyone... i am about to throw my computer out the window. once upon a time i was able to play old games (i still can play SOME like Master of Orion II & Daggerfall) but for some reason when i try to run compatability mode or just try to install MM7 it wont do anything, it opens the menu then i click install.. nothing happens after i open;

Task MAnager --> Processes --> SETUP.exe there but its frozen at 1,575kb of usage.. i rinse/repeat still same thing..

i am running Windows 7 on a HP Pavilion Dv6

AMD A6-3420M with Radeon Graphics 1.50Ghz

64 bit OS

2 TB RAM

I have it on CD's and it will at least install in W7 32bit OS without patching.
You can try the GOG version that is supposedly fully functional on new computers:
