i had a similar problem, but it was because i was using WindowsXP media center..... Heroes dont like that operating system lol

oh yeah Cleave is super bad ass. seems as the new upgrades abilities are more geared towards a strong offense. Cleave vs. Shield Bash though, one adds more damage one prevents damage from being done to you. even the angels one can res your units the other can dish out some punishment to enemies. alm...

actually what i kinda miss is the differing heroes they used to have, i "think" they started it in 3, the necropolis town Death Knights and Necromancer, both might based and magic bases heroes. the haven had Knights and Clerics. i think the Stronghold had Barbarian and Battlemage.. and so ...

yeah if you see a hero with "Legion of (insert tier7 unit here)" stick your head between your legs and kiss your ass goodbye LOL

i think the inferno faction shines more on castle sieges, you can gate troops in right inside on em and harass their shooters pretty easily. seems like the Haven town gets little attention though, i mean if you can get a hero rockin with some high attack, your troops can steam roll most others. ligh...

i been hearing necros are an overpowered faction. whats the word on the most "under"powered one then?

i don't have a lot of Dungeon experience but i would almost say try an pick up Counter Spell as quick as you can. a lot of the necro's strength lies in their ability to cast.

if your army can over power his, and you can keep him from casting its a win/win

well i personally think you get more bang for your buck raising lower level units, i think normal skels only cost like 2 points, and they are cheap to upgrade at your town
