Pocket Heroes is the working title the author (Tarasow? - his/her name isn't apparent on the site) has dubbed their new turn-based strategy for the PocketPC. Apparently a hybrid of HOMM, King's Bounty, Master of Magic and Warlords (intriguing), Pocket Heroes is intended for release as soon as July 2005 and will be freeware! Truly a labour of love.

There also appears to be a map editor included with the game and if it plays as well as the screenshots look, then we're in for a treat.
