For those of you concerned with the fate of Heroespedia, the Celestial Heavens-initiated HOMM wiki: it was not, in fact, lost in the chaos that ensured when CH was experiencing hosting problems. However, as a traffic-cutting measure, it was relocated from CH to Wikia, a wiki farm founded by Wikipedia founder Jimbo Wales.

Heroespedia is now Wikia's Might and Magic wiki in English. There is also a Polish M&M wiki, and you're welcome to start one in another language - I, for one, am going to start a Russian one when the English Heroespedia goes active again.

A wiki, if you haven't heard, is a website that allows everyone to improve it by editing its articles. We're aiming to create a comprehensive Might and Magic encyclopedia, including the lore and gameplay, and - whether or not you had any experience with Heroespedia or wiki editing before - your edits are always welcome, so be bold and contribute to Heroespedia! It does not require registration, although, certainly, having a username will matter if you want to become part of the wiki community.
