I really want to mention the new Penny Arcade book, one of my favorite cartoon strip and an inspiration for my own Cranky Hero.

Attack of the Bacon Robots covers the first two years of of Penny Arcade, and include commentaries, sketches and an introduction by Foxtrot's Bill Amend. A second book, Epic Legends of the Magic Sword Kings, is due to be released later this year. I'm about to order a copy.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with that comic, check out their Web site. A word of warning though: they often use some crude language.
