You have to make waterfalls by using raise and lower terrain and applying water terrain.
Frodo: "I wish the ring had never come to me. I wish none of this had happened."
Gandalf: "So do all who live to see such times but that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us."

I know that, i mean how do i apply the "splashing water" effect.
Of all the waterfalls i've made, none has it. :(

Its a little trick with the *Water_wheel* effect i think.

first do
You have to make waterfalls by using raise and lower terrain and applying water terrain.
Like the old Wizard say :)

then search for the *Water_weel* effekt and take it to the Waterterrain :P
maybe it looks better when u scale it up to 200.

The *Water_wheel* effekt got 2 parts, u have to hide one part into the wall
by take the *z* coordinate to a negative value.

Exactly. I used the same trick myself. Use PlayVisualEffect function.

When you say "Water_wheel effekt" you mean something different than the Water wheel in the "All terain objects" tab i suppose.
Could you be more specific please?

Thanx in advance!

You can change just about any object in the game to look like anything else or to have the effects that are applied to other objects. Look at my example of how to change an outpost without making a mod that affects all maps.

To change an outpost without making a mod that affects all maps see my post at the link below. Look at the Nov 8 post.

After you experiment with that you can experiment with some more stuff like the water wheel. Then you will see what effect is being talked about.

And like Franzy said you can use the PlayVisualEffect. I don't think anyone has made a list of all the effects. But rdeford explains how to find the file you will need to unzip to look at the different scripts in the below post.
