Face Portraits

Greetings.

I'm mainly wondering how to change the character face portraits. I'm not seeming to get this to work properly. I've been using DDS Converter 2 to convert the image file from JPG to DDS, alongside using the same dimensions as the original image. However, when ingame after putting it back inside the data.pak, the image ingame is pretty much white'ish lined/shredded and shrinked to the top of the display. So, my best bet, is asking her for help. Thanks in return.

sorry, i haven't played with skins yet, only datafiles.

there are several folks on the elrath.com mod forum that have though.
