HOMM V is not installed

HOMM V is not installed

I have the Spanish version of HOMM 5. I've tried to install the patch heroes_might_magic_5_1.01_eu_sp_it.exe and it appears the error message that HOMM V is not installed.

Is there other version of the patch that can fix the problem?

I hade the same problem before, (but I have eu collectors)
and I just uninstalled, rebooted and installed heroes 5 again, and then the patches worked

Patch 1.01 is for the downloaded version of the game.You need patch 1.1(I think EU edition).

The problem is that your windows registry settings are absent or wrong. You need to reinstall H5 before applying patch.
