Damn, you're right, i did find the plural:
http://encarta.msn.com/dictionary_18616 ... aught.html
on·slaught (plural on·slaughts)
Minus to you for not checking more.

The again Wikitionary has the plural for cat, but not onslaught.
http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/cat
http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/onslaught

And SHEEPS redirect to sheep, and it isn't the plural either: http://www.thefreedictionary.com/sheeps

If my word is out then i'll go with:

tsi - http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/tsi

...and then you may probably give me a new minus for ending the round
First of all,I did say that I will always search one,two at the most dictionaries for every word.If not found there, you have to provide me a link if you want points.Second,we agreed that there will be no going back.So the word is reredos. As for your score, youll see it in the next list :devious:

Oh,and witionary says this for cats, but this for onslaughts. So,I think you already know what your score will be :devious:

Oh damn it!Why didnt I refresh before editing?

TT: Finally, we agree then? :) You get a pluss in my book for good research (neutralized by the minus for questioning my word in the first place :devious:)

DL:First of all, I don't see why you doubted my word in the first place. Just that should be reason good enough for gaining some minus.

And - when I have to go through all this trouble and bring forth "evidence" just to prove that my word is valid, in wich there was no reason to doubt in the first place, at least you could show some courtesy and admit that you were wrong.

The fact that you are so quick with dealing out these minuses, and completely reluctant about taking some yourself is a clear case of double standards. When you give someone negative points for an error, you must be man enough to take some yourself when for once your are wrong too. Your error cost me alot of trouble trying to prove my "innocence".

Excuse me?Double standards?!I gave myself minus points for making a simple typo, when I couldve just edited it and consider it a correct word.I gave myself minus points for ending the round, when I couldve waited forever for someone to continue the round(this was before the tar chivalry).I am harsh in my decisions, not just on you,but on everyone, and that includes me.As for doubting your word, whenever anyone has a doubt about a certain word, even me,I check it before I decide if I am to award points.I use dictionary.com,and onslaughts wasnt there, even not as a link in wikipedia.Thats why I decided to penalize you.You raised a point about it being a regular plural, but its not.Wiktionary gives plurals for nouns, and onslaughts isnt there. So your word is not acepted.

Not really. Still don't trust Teh Internets enough. Look at what i said about sheeps. What we need is a dictionary that actualy shows the plurals or lack of them for all words.

Maybe we should all decide on using only one dictionary...

It looks to me like some of you have started taking this dumb little game a wee bit too seriously. :|

Allright, fine, you give yourself minuses too. But your being very in denial of my word here, TT already proved my word to be valid.

edit:
TT wrote:Look at what i said about sheeps
The difference is that when you look up sheeps, it redirects to sheep as to correct your entry. When you look up cats it redirects you to cat and tells you "redirected from Cats", to show you that cats is the plural and the main entry is cat.
