I assume the resurrection would only be enabled at a certain level of war machines, or with the first aid perk?

I think its healing power should be based on unit's HP, like 10%, etc. Plus, having an area effect around it. Thinking that they're in a fight, and just the units which are return to heal themselves would be affected by it. Say, an area of 4x4 in front of it would heal any unit in that range of motion.
About raising the dead...well, we can 'resurrect people' if we aid them fast. Them, maybe the units killed in the last round could be raised too. Of course, all of that regulated by Skill power and such.
I rarely use a tent, then those could be possible features that might change my mind.

in fonction of your war machines skill you receive the spell Resurection, and the spell power increases accordingly...
you should get to choose when using the resurection and when using heal...
