So, how much time did you stay at Navy? Was it a good experience at all?

One year. Mandatory service. I have to say that - overall - it was a fairly good experience. Meaning I'm left with more good memories than the bad ones.

Over here no one even like talking about how their army year was. Last i heard the dead bugs in the food are better then the food. Of course now with NATO and the EU it might have gotten a bit better.

well, i did four years in the reserves .... it wasn't all fun, but definately had some good moments (driving a tank would be one of those) .... but my service was by choice since we don't have forced service over here (which is probably a bad thing)
