Disciples III Changes Developer
Strategy First told Celestial Heavens that they have terminated their agreement with Game Factory Interactive for the development of Disciples III: "Disciples III development has been started already by another studio to be announced shortly."
Disciples was an amazing turn-based strategy game with very inspiring art. Kristo reviewed the Gold edition of Disciples 2 last year, if you want to learn more about this Heroes-like franchise.

Strategy First owns the rights to the series, and will remain the publisher. I don't see how this could have an impact on the copy-protection they use.

Game Factory owns MiST Land. Strategy First developed the first 2 Disciples games and owns Disciples. The new developer has not been announced.

So SF is using SF in its games? How nice! This may actually turn out to be good news as Strategy First lately has become notorious for using SF in their games.

No, not the "only bad program" out there; but certainly the only bad program that personally affects me and my gaming addiction.DaemianLucifer wrote:HodgePodge, you really are making it seem like SF is the only bad program we have out there? What about the Big Bad Microsoft?Arent they as equally bad with their monopoly?

I just hope they'll make the next game as good as the previous ones. I spent a lot of time playing Disciples II, not as much as playing just one of the HoMM/MM games. But the Disciples series is a great diversion to the HoMM games, although I'm sure I'd choose HoMM over Disciples anytime.
By the way, I think MiST was the old developers... Or is it just me?
