Maybe I'll try setting up a table next time. For now I draw paper notes out of a bowl. I like doing stuff like that :-D

Semi Finals, leg 1

Assassins - Gravyluvn CheesePotatoes 4-2 (dice show 4-3)
Great Summoners - EenKredible Allstahs 2-7 (dice show 2-6)

Our expert says:
- The first face-off is very much alive. With two goals to catch when returning to the Silver Ladel, the CheesePotatoes have to give it their all, but they're definitely in with a chance.
- The Great Summoners - two times and defending champions - are all but eliminated from this season's championship; the skill of the Allstah's attackers proved too much for the home team and we welcome the chance to hail a new champion, come the end of the tournament.

How about those Allstahs, eh? :-D :applause:
I haven't been checking in on them once during the entire championship, and when I, just for fun, deside to drop in, these are the results waiting for me...

Well, after all, they're proffesionals. This is what you hire allstars for :D

Full reviews are boring. And also, I'm out of the tournament and not feeling too happy about it.

Never give up on the Gravyluvn CheesePotatoes.

You may think we are down but we're just getting cooking.

You may think we're fried but we dance in the fire!

You may think we're cooked but you'd be starchly mistaken!

We live the thick, the juicy, the meaty!

And we are prepared to sneak up on the a55a55ins like a - like a really really sneaky person and then we'll take them down, take them out like one of those guys you pay to do that sort of thing, y'know one of them whatchamacallit guys. I can't remember what you call 'em but you get my drift don't you!

Semi Finals, leg 2

Gravyluvn CheesePotatoes - Assassins 5-6 (dice show 6-6) [agg. 7-10]
EenKredible Allstahs - Great Summoners 6-2 (dice show 5-2) [agg. 13-4]

Our expert says:
- Another thriller! With excitement up until the very end, the CheesePotatoes and the Assassins went head to head (sometimes literally) in this epic battle of the Silver Ladle. The home team took an early lead and annulled the aggregate lead of the Assassins before 20 minutes were played, but at half time, the score was again 3-3. It proved to be two very evenly matched teams fighting for a place in the final, but eventually, the opponents' control of the midfield proved too much of a stumbling block for the home team. 7-10 the aggregate score, at least noone can complain about the lack of attacking play.
- As predicted, the Summoners didn't visit the Allstahs with winning in mind, having already admitted the defeat in the hotel bar after the first leg. The reason why the score went to 6-2 in this match was as much due to the inactivity of the away team's goalkeeper, who preferred sitting on the grass sipping tea, as the skill of the home team. Celebrating throughout the match, the Allstahs fans expect nothing less than victory in the final this weekend. That may prove more of a challenge than merely showing up; they will certainly meet with a fiercer opponent than they did today.

FINAL DRAW:

Eenkredible Allstahs - Assassins
In War: Resolution, In Defeat: Defiance, In Victory: Magnanimity, In Peace: Goodwill.

The tickets are being ripped away! The RTC final match between the Eenkredible Allstahs and the Assassins is turning out to be a crowd-pleaser, and the stadium managers it seems likely will have no problem filling the stands. 55.000 it can take, and when retracting a couple thousand for reserved VIP tickets; wives, family, family friends, people who pretend to be family friends to get in and the guys upstairs who need tickets for themselves and their colleagues to prove they're big men, you'll still end up with some 20.000 tickets for each of the fan clans. The will be positioned at opposite sides of the pitch for obvious reasons (if you're a fan and reading this, the home team's fans should be located in section A-C while the away team's should be in G-I).

The match itself if turning out to be a thriller; no injuries or suspensions on either side (at least noone important), the coaches are currently drilling their sides to play on the opposition's weaknesses. Set pieces, penalty shootouts, wing play, passing, counter-attacking - it's all strategy here. We tried getting an interview with the coaches but were instantly teleported outside the pitch; turns out, the match organizers have hired mages to ensure that things run smoothly this year. So no streaking will be effective (hear that girls?), and throwing of objects onto the pitch will be punished by having the object displaced back onto your head, followed by a teleportation of the perpetrator into the nearest public loo. The loo itself, that is. Just so you know.
