edit: too late. I thought about tzarina, but didn't take it because i didn't think it is allowed. I think it's more like actor - actress than king - queen (even thought actress can't be posted after actor. edit again: neither can queen after king... :| ).

I meant in the relations of the words. King - queen, emperor - empress, tzar - tzarina, etc.
