I have both the expansion Winds of war and Gathering storm! How come i do not have these expansion heroes! Can some 1 please help me?!!! Thanks

They are all characters from the campaigns, I believe they are all from winds of war campaigns. You can find them in the campaign editor, but different maps have different characters available to them. It is possible to open a map you are going to do and select them by name for optional characters and save it, or to use them on new maps you make. all possible heroes aren't available in every map, at some point that was an editorial decision who you'd have available. The first 5 characters were from the gathering storm expansion, the rest are from winds of war
