Dark Messiah of Might and Magic Demo Dated

VE3D has reported that the Dark Messiah of Might and Magic Demo will be released on August 8th. The demo will be hosted by Fileplanet and details can be found here.

Personally I can't wait to try it out.

My PC SHOULD run it. The only thing might be wrong my video card. nVidia Geforce FX 5600XT,128MB video RAM, pixel shader version 2.0, vertex shader version 2.0. I hope that should be enough.

I have GeForce 6800 Ultra 256 pixel shader 2.0 so that should be good enough, Its only my ram that hangs behind.

According to this site tests http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/referrer/srl , Heroes V eats more resourses than Half Life 2.

Unfortunatly they don't have Dark Messiah sys. req. test.

Awesome, I have been waiting to try this game out for awhile. Glad to hear the demo at least is coming so soon, since we have to wait until October for the actual game

(not that I mind *too* much since that only means a better game - just sucks having to wait)

once again, everyone is expecting more of Ubi than they can handle... a multiplayer demo at this stage of the game would be a real feat to acomplish... anyway, i wouldnt be getting my hopes up. its bound to e like 2 maps that would give you 30 minutes playing time and 2 months worth of reviews...

Gee, I want to play it really bad but I am not a paying member of fileplanet.. Do you have to be a paying member in order to download the demo? Rats, is there anyone else who will offer the download? sniff sniff..

i think the paying members get all priorities and dont have to wait in line, but you can still be a member without paying (i know i am). but then you have to wait in lin for like 10 hours....

When someone of the "members" download it, please put it in the ED2K network (eMule for example) and put the link here, so we could also dowload the demo even if turns out to be fileplanet exlusive.
