-Can I use 3dsmax created models in heroes 4?
-How far can u mod H3/H4? (Creatures, buildings, etc.)
-How do u mod H3/H4?

Both of them can be modded pretty far.
I recommend checking out the Wake of Gods forum for modding Heroes 3, and the Equilibris forum for modding Heroes IV.
I also recommend trying 'em out.

Oh, and welcome to the Round Table.
Simmons: I think you’re asking me if these computers store all the data on Red and Blue armies?

Modyfiing of Heroes III. is easier in the process, but it will have not so big use for you 3ds max skills. ** These will be needed for H4. When you will wish to join the team, I think, that you must prove them your skills with some good model for example. They have somewhere thread about it on theirs subforum. (Same rules for WoG, but you may do new units yourself - tools are freely available.)

In both instances, it's hard work and slow.... :hoo: Hooray!

I think WoG might have some, don't know about Equilibris.

I tried resedit but that only has numbers etc.
Nothing about creatures...

I heard that H4 is made on an very compicated way and that moding it is pain in the a**. H3 probably had somewhat easier writen code, while H5 was made easy-modable. Don't except the same from H4.
