I start with heaven with the knight guy, try to build a charger's army, but it turns out PC will eliminate the other two PCs in one month, when I am still waiting for my Capitol!
Don't know how to pass it...help!!!!
HELP!!! Can't pass hard in map "Neighbors"!!!
Not really sure of the exact details of the map but in general you should play aggressively and develop fast. I usually get an extra hero or two at the start and start exploring. Combine these initial troops for the main hero and he should be able to clear a few enemy stacks and hopefully a mine as well.
For Haven, Marksman is a key upgrade so consider getting that early. Fight slow walkers for experience. Avoid strong ranged creatures/direct damage spellcasters like Master Hunters, Succubus Mistress, Archmagi, Druid Elders which will decimate your troops.
Haven is not very resource intensive and starting on Hard gives you 10 rare resources each so you can just concentrate on Ore and Wood early on.
Once you gather enough troops to break through the first bottleneck that obstructs the way to an enemy castle, you should do so if the losses are acceptable.
1 month sounds a bit slow for Capitol on Hard though of course that depends greatly on the resources you find.

That particular map has heavily guarded resources and scarce resources at that. I found it very difficult even on normal.
Eventually, I conquered with Necro, and my friend won with Academy. Haven't been able to win with Haven yet though.
It's always tougher when one enemy dominates the other two early in the game, but it doesn't always happen.
Good luck, this has given me the urge to try it on hard.
