Vote Phoenix

They're fast, deal lots of dmg, are beautiful, quite cheap for such creature, and of course immune to damage spells (exept armageddon&m.arrow)

For me the most useful unit in H2:)

B.Dragons are second:)

Once again I voted the dragons, but Titans rock too. In fact, they all rock except the mediocre crusaders and paladins.

Voted genies. They are so cool and their attacks seem to be buffed by some supernatural power.

I second that emotion. Bless is pretty deadly on a phoenix, not to mention mirror image...

P.S.: Would a mod be so kind to add 'H2' to the title of this thread, so as to avoid any confusion?

I've gotta go with the Crusaders....Pretty cheap, double attack, and they plow through Necromancer armies big-time..

I just love the crusaders. I especially like the description for them: They are a true nightmare for unprepared necromancer. :hoo:

Vote Dragons as my favorite. And my second favorite thing is the look on your face when my Knight army steals your Warlock castle before you've had a chance to buy any Dragons.

Titans all the way... Love 'em, respect 'em, nurture 'em, take good care of 'em and of course watch 'em while they slaughter your enemy...

Though Crusaders were very good as well, once you got Resurrect..

The Titan was the most powerfull unit in H2.
When playing an XL map I had 4 Stacks of ~30 Titans each , ~500 Halflings
And I accidently attacked a neutral Legion of Phoenixes. There were 5 staks wit 255 each. Pheanixes attack titans, kill 1, Titanks strike back, Phoenixes become ashes :D

Sound more like a bug. Even with a huge defense on the Titans 255 Phonixes should do more then 1 dmg each.

Crusaders! They look damn awesome, and power in numbers is not to be underestimated.

Though I would have liked to see Crusaders remain a top unit in a later game, since they would have faired much better with flight and shooting mechanics not being what they were in H2.

Pheonix' and crusaders are my favourite units simply because they are so different. Pheonix and crusaders are both very fragile in your face dmg dealers that although extremely powerful can be dealt with. Dragons and titants don't really require any skill to use. Monstrous hp allows you to just blindly send them in.

Cyclops! I always played as Barbarian anyway, so I always liked hitting multiple stacks with one attack. Plus I thought they looked cool.

Also, that one campaign where you started out as just a guy on a beach with a cyclops, 2 swordsmen, and a knight or something...that scenario was my favorite and relied heavily upon cyclops power.

Did you try trapped inside the beast where you star just with a cyclops?

Being a huge fan of dragons in general, I guess my choice was a no-brainer, especially since the dragons were all put on the same choice :P
