Yes, and she appeared also in the "Sea of Mist" novel (as did other heroes like Alagar, Clancy, Xarfax...) Probably Nymus was used as a placeholder for the "true" name and Nival forgot to change it...

He (it's a he in H5) was called Nebiros up until v1.0. It's more likely that they made a last minute change and forgot to check their history...
