H5 damage calculation
I don't understand. Why make it a non-linear expression in case B? Did you think about anything Pitsu?
I believe in science and that science can explain everything.
Because God has made it all work in such a beautiful way...

I do not understand what you do want to say. I could not get any linear function that gives correct values...theGryphon wrote:I don't understand. Why make it a non-linear expression in case B? Did you think about anything Pitsu?

It's much easier if you think like this:
Being 10 points up you do damage*1.5
Being 10 points down you do damage/1.5
Being 10 points up you do damage*1.5
Being 10 points down you do damage/1.5

ok ive identified the equation of finding % difference, but what baffles me is the starting difference for your equation is 4.7%.
(1 - (1)/(20+1))
Perhaps if you used the number 19... you could start with 5%
(1 - (1)/(19+1))
