The extra cash will not be available until Lot#7 closes, which includes the Hideous Mask, so you can't use funds you don't have... sorry. When Lot #9 opens, Lot#8 will still be open so you may start tapping then. Please keep in mind that we still have 8 lots to go.
That said, the raise on the mask prevents lot#7 from closing. As long as no one bids on it for the next 8-10 hours, I should be able to update cashflow and open Lot#9 for the weekend (it's a 3 day wknd in the US).
