Just wanted to tell people that on that weird Island you get shipwrecked on if 2-4 of your people have the bow skill you should take on the Jellyfish things around the islands for some extra experience. They are pretty easy to kill, might take a bit of time though. Also in the keep on that Island I took out 8 of the Skeletons and 6 of the zombie guys pretty easily, though it took some time as they have lots of HP. By the time I finally got to Sturmford for the first time I had about 13, 000 exp on all my guys.

Deleting the minisave also saved me on the Initiates -> Healer quest. After I retrieved the necessary item and gave it to the potion-maker, he said "Come back in two hours." I was late returning; it takes 1 minute of game time to walk across the street and I underestimated my return time. When I returned he had forgotten about the whole thing, but the promotion was still awaiting completion as far as the promotion guy was concerned. After trying a bunch of different stuff that didn't work, I finally saved the game while I was in town, exited the game, and deleted the minisave for the town, hoping to do the quest over again. When I reloaded the game, the guy got his memory back and gave me the finished potion, and I could complete the quest right where I left off.
