Well well well. At least we have a confirmation from someone besides Fabrice that Ubisoft is indeed developing H5.

No we don't. That wasn't a confirmation at all. I don't understand how you can interpret his answer as such.

Note the second half of the sentence "the new Heroes game that was **under development before 3DO filed for bankruptcy**", ie not the real Heroes V that is being made by Ubisoft.
