The ring turned out to be in the very last dungeon (of part 1). Weird that the other two boosters can be found pretty early, despite both arguably being stronger, but this one is unavailable for 95% of the game! Oh well.

FWIW, you don't need all the scrolls to get the treasure, as long as you can answer the questions.
