I haven't been back to this forum often, but I do drop by from time to time because I want to see if people are discussing some awesome new Heroes fanmod that I must get my hands on.

Couple days ago I dropped by to announce my new web serialized novel, The ZIL Organization.

I was then focused on doing my own stuff, but I noticed Pol stated on the main page:

"We Wish You Charming Christmas 2022, plethora of presents and happy families and friends "

It's bugged me quite a bit for two days. Is there something politically incorrect about wishing people Merry Christmas now?

shameless self promotion note: Charm is a spell/ ability that I also feature in The ZIL Organization. Due to its higher level capabilities, it won't show up for many episodes.
But since Charm is usually a spell used to manipulate people, it's a spell I will attribute to villains in The ZIL Organization. So I can't help but feel 'Charming' isn't exactly a good thing...

As for "charming", it's perfectly fitting, as well as "merry", so there's no need to be afraid of political or gender incorrectness. Which is probably a good to know, for sure and anyway.

I'm a little dubious, how it's comes in your ZIL. And what they do here, for rituals, over end of the year. But here, it comes in the same traditional ways of M&M.

pol, nowadays you can never tell. For somebody with no facebook account like me, it's hard to keep track of the latest changes in political correctness. Words that didn't use to offend people can now lead to terrible hurt and lifelong trauma and what not!
