Well you said that the Equilibris editor was not loading so I thought it might be the same issue. Not sure what the issue is, but you haven't tried you could try running it in a compatibility mode, or make sure Data Execution Protection is not applied to Equilibris in Windows 10. AFAIK the default setting for that is for Windows system programs only, but it can't hurt to check.

Well Steven Aus Belay my last I read through the post and found that if I remove the equip aop file in windows 10 that the editor now works but no luck with the random map generator.Thank you for helping me solve one of the problems:)

Try asking on heroescommunity.com forum is more active there and someone might have a solution to getting the h4util to work on win10.

Well I haven't got the h4util random map generator to work but I did have success getting the runner to produce A background for the map

Sad to say no luck on HC Either. It worked on my old PC on windows 7pro but won't run on windows 10 even when compatibility wizard is set to 7 & I tried all the other settings as well,total bust.

I have had luck with it in the past, haven't tried in over a year; the only suggestion I have is make sure you it in the C:\ directory. I found if it is in any subdirectory it would not run for me.

Open your Pathfinder -> This Computer -> C: (in case you have other directories or drives like D:, E: etc..)
