I think it is a good thing.

Water/ Sewage company taking over a toilet paper company. They may have some synergies...

In any case it is hard to mess up Heroes any more than it is now. Even at v2.1 there are so many bugs and hassles and the AI is so lousy. Can't imagine any one who is not already a Heroes fan buying this game and playing it for hours.
