Yes the ones you sold count. After the 13 cap is reached all you can get are the ones from guaranteed drops like the Arcomage Quest, Obelisk Chest, and Hermes Sandals from the Mega Dragon.

So I must have sold more then...so I guess I have to live without wallace then or start over but I just dont feel like going through all of it again

The short answer is I don't know. If you are already admitting to 4+8=12 forgetting 1 would be easy. Assume you are at the cap now. Although Wallace is nice, it isn't even remotely essential.
Just accept it and move on. Your team is already stupidly strong as the game is balanced around the idea that you never fought Morcarack (The Emerald Isle Dragon) and are sitting at level 1-5 with basic weapons, armor, and no accessories.

Its 10 past midnight here and I just called my friend to tell him about this selling / limit issue. He is extremaly grateful and he said he owns you one hes sold only 3 and has 3 in inventory so plenty of looting ahead of him!
Ok - what i will do then I will try to get the best +armsmaster pieces of equipment I can from Morcarack. Or is it better just to buy them? the highest armsmaster on loot seems to be 12 and these items dont stack so I need 3 x 12 armsmaster or 4 x armasmaster for the cleric too?
Btw, what pieces of armour should i look for for the cleric? i guess + HP and armour...?

So the most +armsmaster on one person i can have atm is +12? without NPC as I will have Scholar and gatemaster.

Cleric isn't worth it and I don't think they are allowed to learn even basic Armsmaster. I don't know how much effort you really want to put into getting 3-4 extra points for a 3rd knight item, but that's your call. I wouldn't bother but it will be mildly useful all game long if you want to put in the effort.
For KKKC if I'm multilooting the dragon I want:
3x Good sword
2x Good spear (Cleric mace isn't as big a deal, especially since you can get top level ones in Stone City). You can buy top level unenchanted spears in Avlee as well, but your knights will be attacking more often that your Cleric, so losing the enchant is a much bigger deal.

Yoruba (Plate Artifact)

I think you are set. Anything else is overkill, but then again the whole point of getting top level gear at level 1 from the dragon is overkill so whatever you feel like doing.

I think items shall be restricted by clvl to an extent. So u could get it but have to wait untill u could equip it.

Yes they probably should, but it's not a huge deal unless you specifically go in and multiloot the dragon on Emerald Isle.
KKKK is a dumb, but fun team. My biggest complaint was not having protection from magic is annoying. You have no healing at all. You need everyone to get of medusa and of freedom. You have no ways to cure conditions as you don't even have alchemy. This is before any of the Elemental Magic spells. It's really strong, but has lots of drawbacks.
CSSS is a great, and near optimal team, dark side (quad shrapmetal is absolutely amazing), but really doesn't add anything light side. Walk up to monsters and sparks/poison spray for the first half and then walk up and Shrapmetal the rest of the game.

I got a pair of gloves with +11 armsmaster and called it quits. I willmultiloot tatalia dragon for a few items.
Btw, should develop any armour / weapon skills for the Cleric? Leather expert = no recovery penalty. chain expert = halved. Mace?

And maybe Mind master for cure paralysis and insanity? or just get some resistant to paralysis items?

Recovery time from items is only for weapon attacks, and your Cleric will more often than not be casting spells. With spells, the recovery is built into the spell itself.
Might as well get them if you have the points, but it's not a high priority.

Protection from Magic makes paralysis irrelevant.
Insanity doesn't actually hurt that much, just go to a Temple when convenient. The problem with Mind Magic is Cure Insanity turns your character weak, which is actually worse than being insane. It takes 2 rounds to fix insanity as a result and unless you are out of combat there is always something more valuable for your Cleric.
Also you can make green+orange potions for insanity with expert alchemy if you get really concerned, but I wouldn't bother. You can always find an alchemy shop that sells layered level potions and reload until you get some.

Now I willdo the promotion quests for K and C, and kill Wromthrax for some more looting (item with +12 armsmaster, some rings with HP and AC). and then quickly main line quest for light and back to Harmondale.
Thinking about the Cleric - what would be better - Hit Points or Armour Class? And what is a decent shield? withwhat bonus?

Gate Master gives GM Town Portal. Aside from just getting places faster, you can get out of any situation with it.
Arena is based on your current level. Get your 5 Knight completions taken care of early if possible. You can tell how they are setup based on the payout. Knight is set at 2x your level, so monsters are designed as though you were a basic level 2 party.
Lord is 5 times your level, but you can't use Lord completions for the Champion quest.
Hit points, since you already have good AC from Governor's Armor. Since you are already artifact capped, best shields are +19 AC (Large) or +18 AC (Small). Of hit points would be a very good enchant. I consider protection (+10 resist all) to be the best enchant, but that's actually a lower level enchant than you find from dragons.

I got a shield with 19 AC and 25 HP as bonus, it is "of health".
Now Im fishing for some better rings, with AC and HP, and cloaks as mine are average atm.
When done with Wromthrax I will do tidewater caverns for Cleric , train as still clvl 1 and do Cavalier and Light path.
Funny thing, I have never come across an item wtih +10 all res.

I'm not sure if this was mentioned, but I'm pretty sure you can get past +12 Armsmaster. You need Grandmastery of Water Magic and the ability to enchant items. I'm pretty sure you can enchant items up to +17 (e.g. +17 Unarmed/Dodging/Armsmastery)
Also, you said you missed out on looting a Wallace? Even if you hit the max arti/relic limit, there's still a guaranteed artifact at Clanker's Laboratory AND Colony Zod. I think Clanker's Lab respawns every...one-and-a-half to two years? Save your game before you enter Clanker's Lab or Colony Zod, and then go inside. If the artifact/relic isn't one that you want, reload your game to the point before you entered Clanker's Laboratory.

There's a pressure plate on the floor and you should hear a rumbling. Go back up the stairs into the room where the switch was. A hidden wall should have opened. The of protection (+10 resist all) is an enchant of rank 3-4. Dragons drop rank 6 items.
I mentioned the armsmaster enchant, but it doesn't do any good with a party of KKKC. Even Enchant Item scrolls only cast at master level which is no better.
I wasn't aware that Clanker's/Zod let you go over the cap, so I haven't tested/confirmed it before.
