One reason they may not have removed the file completely is that the main program probably looks for this file and certain settings. Were they to remove the parts dealing with features no longer implemented, they would have to rewrite some of the code in the main program, which leads to more bugs. It's much easier to make a static line in a config file then to rewrite all the code which may reference it!

So the deamons played with fire until they set themselves on fire.It makes perfect sense.

Heh, just check Falcon map for inferiority, duels for unbalance. They 'shipped' the map with broken AI, even acknowledged that in read me file (one has to wonder why they included that map), and they shipped duels with unbalanced heroes. I'd say mods are giving us better impression, than demo itself.
