Videndi Helping Out Ubisoft

Reuters has a story about Ubisoft shares gained 9.27 percent at 27.10 euros today. Newspaper L'Agefi revealed that Vivendi Universal might help the French publisher fight a potential takeover by Electronic Arts. Both companies are said to have discussed the issue already. L'Agefi does not mention how Videndi planned to assist Ubisoft, but a merger would create the largest European video game publisher.
