yes, it's said in the Q&A. They changed it for the sake of Dragons being most important creatures in the New Universe.

This is great! Its good that they choosed the dragon as their faction symbol instead of the mother spider which i guess is very poisonus,and which faction focus mostly on and likes toxic fluids and nasty stuff the most ? Yes thats right, its Necropolis so the mother spider symbol for the Necros is great!

to metius: I'm pretty sure both the scout and assassin are men.It just wouldnt make sense that a female get upgraded to man and vise versa, like with the H3 genie (female) and master genie (male).

The elves in Sylvan are all males except the 1st lvl pixies-sprites which are females, similar to Dungeon where all are females except the 1st lvl scouts-assassins which i highly suspect are male.

its definitely cooler than the original dungeon team. That one didn't make as much sense. No real racial unity, just creatures. Also cool how this one's mostly women.

The past warlock/dungeon towns were mostly theme based. Evil wizards with a interest for bizarre, evil like-minded and fierce creatures including dragons,minotaurs.
