MMX DLC Announced

<img src="/https://www.celestialheavens.com/images ... cement.jpg" align=right>The developers of MMX have just <a target="_blank" href="/http://might-and-magic.ubi.com/mightand ... >announced the upcoming release of a DLC</a> called "The Falcon & The Unicorn".

Available from March the 27, the statement also says that Deluxe Edition owners will get this extra content for free on the same day. In addition to all this, there will also be a Steam version of Mac released.

Yay! I haven't finished my first playthrough because I started on Warrior and going maximum exploration, leaving main quests till last. This will extend my playtime even more!

BFD. When I can get the boxed edition of MMX in the U.S. I will be appropriately impressed. I'm basically assuming that there will never be a boxed edition released in the U.S.

Yeah... I prefer avoiding downloads whenever possible, so I always have to go on Ebay to buy the game from Europe/somewhere else. It's quite irritating that they don't offer the boxed edition for the U.S.

It seems likely that they never will, due to some stupid legal reasons. I have one, maybe I should set up a contest with the box as the prize...

Will the DLC work with previous saves? I am asking because I have just started to play the game and I have no clue about how DLCs work with MMX. Also, is there more info about the DLC?

Yes, it will work with previous saves.
All I can say now is that it takes place after the main story of the game. It's high-level content.

What really pisses me off is that you CAN find the boxed edition on amazon.com.UK, but when you click on it you get a screen that says "Sorry, we can't deliver this item to United States.". And honestly, I don't want the damn game enough to get gouged on price on ebay or some other auction site.

Bought the DLC today, from Amazon. Activation key faiiled. Amazon gave me a 2nd key which also failed. Sigh. Waiting on UBI
