Yesterday, we experienced a flood of spam on our forums, caused by a series of bots penetrating our usually effective text confirmation measure. While we have changed this to avoid the problem returning, we also had to bring out the heavy weapons in dealing with the new accounts started by the bots. We therefore deleted all accounts registered November 16th.

If you are not a spambot and your account was caught in the net, we apologize for the inconvenience and encourage you to register again.

It happened again ...

A spamming spree hit us today; the spam was promptly deleted along with the spammers' accounts - hopefully, no genuine users were caught in the net. I also hope that the spamming spree has ended.
