Argh!!! Another "dark" game. As if we really needed another one - especially since virtually every fantasy game out there is "dark". So far I haven't seen, heard or read a single thing that remotely tempts me to buy Heroes V. I have and play Heroes I - IV with all of the expansions. They are each, in their own ways, fun to play and I think I will just enjoy them and skip V.

i think by dark he means not leprechauns and fairies having a nice picnic on enchanted grass but leprechauns and fairies being mugged on enchanted grass. I'm sad that heroes 5 hasn't got the old titan look they were great, and i hope they attack rather than shoot. On a better note i think heroes 5 looks outstanding and so do the graphics who knows the exact date mail me please

i dont know about any of you, but a "dark" game sounds great to me. III was pjust about perfect, but if it was completely translated into 3d it would deffinetly not be "dark" enough. i guess what im trying to say (type?) is that if u have a game in 3d it has to be "dark" otherwise it looks just plain terrible. thinl "kameo" for the 360. i think it looks bad. why? its not dark enough. point proven.

Well if by "dark" you mean "has almost naked elf chicks in bondage gear" then yes, it's very dark.

And by more mature they seem to mean that our "heroes" will be assholes!

The time-proven way of making a game as 'dark' as you need has always been adjusting the brightness setting on the monitor. Quite convenient, I'd have to say. :D
