Duel of Champions Expansion

With this "next chapter" comes 103 new cards and lots of other goodies for those of you who like to play online card games.

Just a correction, Kalah - Herald of the Void isn't the first expansion of DoC, is the second. The first one was Void Rising which added the fifth faction Sanctuary.

I too wonder how many players there actually are. There must be enough to make a decent profit off it though, or the game would just disappear.

Personally, I have never understood the attraction of on-line card games. But some of the artwork (for this game) IS pretty darn good… So, there’s that… I guess.

And, if you check out “the Official Forum,” the “General Discussion” topic has 21,740 posts. Which makes it sound like there are a lot of people who take it seriously.

There are lots of people who like card games and I guess it's only natural for those players to go online as an extension of their interest. I'll see if I can dig up some numbers ...

I think this game could greatly benefit from an improved interface. It seems like it has potential, but the UI kills my motivation to play it.

Wouldn't know about official ones, the numbers I wrote were taken directly from game clien, by scrolling down the ladderboard
