"Premium poster"? Not sure why it says that, but I guess it depends on your status. For me it says "administrator".
Everything here is free; posting on the forum requires registration, but no money. We were forced to close registration via the main page (because of spam), so you have to register through the forum, but otherwise there are no restrictions.

The only "hierarchy" here that I'm aware of is the automatic changes in status just above your avatar - it changes as you make more posts on the forum.
