I have problems

I am playing at Fearful symmetry.
I have taking the 4 pices of moonsilk crystal keys. And thry tell me too enter the Inner sanctrym. But I cant get there. I wonder there is a ctiy wich calls nar-heresh and behind it it is a gate with a spider on and this gate is still closed and I cant open it. I wonder if it is that place witch are the innner sanctum. If it is the right plays how do I open the gates. and if it is the wrong place where are I supose to go becouse I have killed all monsters outside the gates amd can not see anymore to do. can somebody tell me please what I should do to get to that place

Simply choose the Blood or the Tear path for your hero.
Then the gates will open.
