Hi i´am stucked on the thunderbird boss how did you clear him when i met him my army i reduced to almost nothing. Is this a bug or it it the way it should be he has 65000 hp and i got away 35000 then i´am dead.

It's not a bug, it's a feature.

Your army always will be reduced to fixed numbers and you have deal with Rokh with this small army. It's not hard as long you remember to use tree as lightning rod. Rokh has special attack - it use lightning to hit one of your unit which will be "electized" by next 2-3 its turns. You need to move this unit next to tree, so it will absord lightning, which hit unut after end of it turn.
That's all. The fight itself is very easy.

Also keep in mind that the "Static Shock" skill will deal additional damage to units standing next to each other. If possible, keep your units separated. The battlefield is big enough that this shouldn't be much of a problem, but the skill that shuffles all your troops around seems to enjoy grouping them and Birdie just loves to use Static Shock right after that.

Remember that your racial skill will give your army a huge initiative boost at any level and use this to get turns between the shuffling and Birdie's next action. If you attack with everyone, you should get enough points to use your lv 1 ability every turn.

Something I just thought of, has anybody tried to walk up to the bird with Falagar? Do you still fight as Crag Hack if you do this?
