The exact path depends on your Windows version, but you should have a folder called "Might and Magic Heroes VI" somewhere in your "My Documents" or "Users" folder. Maps go in the "Scenario" folder there, if it doesn't exist, create it.

For me (Windows 7 HE) it's C:/Users/*Myname*/Documents/Might and Magic Heroes VI/Scenario if that helps.
