Early Haven Town Screen

<p>According to official sources, the 2D town screens fans have been wanting will be integrated for free in <i>Heroes VI</i> on July 12, when patch 1.5 is released.

Yeap, obvious that it's an early version, since there are very clear lighting problems in that scene...

Ahem... I think by "early" he means a town with nothing built. Otherwise he would have written "an early haven town screen".



What are the lighting problems?

The shadows that the buildings cast. Notice that they are way too light compared to the shadows on the buildings themselves. That makes the buildings look like pre-coloured models - which probably they are. I call "It's only a model!"

Just clarifying, in case some people are still confused and think they will be available to the buyers of "Pirates" only. Not that I don't agree that they should have done this from the start ...

All copters and planes must be in fly. Also shouldn't the plane runaway be longer and take the entire diagonal of the lower right quarter?

Those aren't helipads. They're crop circles for aliens to find. :D
